A) Competent Authority Quota

60% (30 Seats)

Filled by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences.

85% reserved for SVU local area candidates.
15% unreserved for AU/OU/SVU/NL areas.

B) Management Quota

40% (20 Seats)

Filled based on NEET-UG merit. Unfilled competent seats transfer here.

Minority Network (17 seats): For recommended Christian candidates & eligible staff children.
Open Category (3 seats): Includes 1 seat for SC/ST.

3. Course Details and Eligibility

4. Application Process: Step-by-Step

The application form is available ONLY online. No changes will be permitted after final submission.

Before You Fill the Form:

Ensure you have a valid email ID and mobile number.
Photograph Specs: Recent passport-size color photo (taken after Feb 1st, 2026), light background, JPEG, max 80 KB. (150×150 pixels).
Signature Specs: Scanned signature, JPEG, max 50 KB. (150w x 50h pixels).

Submission Steps:

Fill the form online, check for accuracy, and submit.
Upload photograph and signature, then make your payment online.
Note down your Application Number.
Take a printout of the completed form and confirmation page for your reference. (Do NOT send a hard copy to the Registrar).
Send necessary enclosures via mail to: The Office of the Registrar, CMC, Vellore 632002 before the deadlines. Include your Application Number clearly.

5. The Selection & Registration Process

Merit Lists: Published on notice boards at CMC campuses and online based on NEET-UG scores.
Registration: Provisionally selected candidates must report with original documents. Registration requires strict verification.
Medical Fitness: All candidates MUST pass a medical check-up at CMC Vellore before admission.
Withdrawal: Students taking documents for outside interviews must deposit Rs. 500 and decide within 2 weeks.

6. Minority Network & Service Obligation

Service Obligation (Mandatory): All Management Quota candidates MUST sign a legally valid agreement to serve in an area of need/mission hospital for a minimum period of 2 years after completing the course. This obligation cannot be bought out financially.

Under Graduate College Recommendation for Christians (UCRC) – Code 62:

If you are a Christian candidate not eligible for specific network organizations, apply under Code 62 (No fees required). Download Annexure IV, sign, and send to the Registrar along with your Baptism certificate and a Government Community/Religious Minority certificate.
