From 2024 onwards, nursing aspirants seeking admission to the B.Sc. Nursing courses in Kerala should appear for an entrance exam conducted by the LBS Centre for Science and Technology. Kerala B.Sc. Nursing is a four-year undergraduate program for students aiming to build up a career in nursing. The basic eligibility for a candidate to attend this entrance exam is to have completed class 12. Based on the entrance exam score, students will get admission to various government and private nursing colleges.

Earlier, admission to the Kerala B.Sc. Nursing course was based on the merit list prepared from class 12 marks. There was no common entrance test for B.Sc. nursing admission in Kerala until 2023. The percentage score in physics, chemistry, and biology was considered for admission.

Students can fill out and submit the application in online mode. However, the examination will be conducted offline by the authorities. LBS will soon release a notification regarding the application process and admission details.
