Brilliant Study Centre has played a significant role in transforming the small village of Pala into a world-renowned educational hub in Kerala. We have a story to tell which started at the beginning of 1984, which transformed Brilliant into a household name JEE or NEET coaching which continuously creates 80% of the top results.
Brilliant Study Centre started as a small tuition centre at Pala in 1984 by four friends has now become the number one coaching institute for NEET and JEE and has opened satellite centers in various districts of Kerala. They began with the crash program in 1984, later added long-term batches in 1987, and in 1989 they expanded with repeater batches. In addition, special classes for pre-degree and undergraduate students were also conducted. All of these happened because of the huge support and demand from the student and their parents.
In 1990 Brilliant Pala started to provide coaching for students studying at St. Antony’s Public School which was the first of its kind at that time. By 2021, Brilliant provides the same service associated with more than 20 schools. The coaching is provided after the regular school hours outside the school premises. In the early 2000s, there were very few IIT selections from Kerala. By starting the IIT integrated batches Brilliant successfully created a huge number of IITians from Kerala.
From 2008 to 2021, more than 2000 students were admitted to various IITs from Brilliant. The Brilliant family became bigger and bigger as each year passed and the same happened for results. The biggest strength of Brilliant Study Centre is the system it follows. The ecosystem of class teachers, coordinators, directors, and professors always make sure that each student receives the care they need. Teachers who are full of heart and sincerity, and the class teachers who are specially assigned to each batch, contribute to the success of the children, while the non-teachers and directors work together to make the necessary arrangements. In most of the hostels the class teachers also take the role of wardens, this ensures that the students are always in connection with the institute. Drivers and vehicles are always ready so that children and teachers can reach the campus from the hostel.
When the corona epidemic shook the world by 2020, the educational industry was hit hard. But even then, Brilliant which only conducted offline classes was able to suddenly shift to online mode. Now with over 52 studios, excellent equipment’s and editing facility the system has been set up for the students to watch classes at home. Within a span of years, the Brilliant YouTube channel had become the most-watched education channel in Kerala. That’s why Brilliant’s social media platform is at the forefront today. Even When an epidemic terrorized the whole world, everyone like a family, faced the corona regardless of whether they were big or small. When the result came in 2021, the combined effort of the talented family received the best ranks.
Today, Brilliant is at the forefront of entrance history. Beginning with the sincere friendship of 4 people Santhosh, George, Stephan, and Sebastian, today it has grown big enough to provide coaching for 40,000 students for various exams.
As we approach 2021 with 37 years of service, this is all we have to say… This is not the story of a family of one or two, but a large extended family telling the story of the sincere efforts of many. We are on the path to great success, but we are still sincerely striving to achieve great success.
