IGRUA Entrance 2026: The advertisement and the Application Process for the IGRUA Entrance Examination 2026 for admission to the Ab-initio to CPL Course and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course is now available. Please go through the Advertisement and Help files for detailed information before submitting the online Application Form. The last date for submitting online Applications is 13th April 2026.
Available Courses & Eligibility
Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
- Programme: Ab-initio to CPL with Multi-Engine Endorsement and Instrument Rating.
- Duration & Seats: Approx. 36 months | 125 Seats.
- Age: Minimum 17 years (Max 28 Gen / 31 OBC / 33 SC/ST). Must be unmarried.
- Eligibility: 10+2 with English, Math & Physics. (Gen: Min 50% | SC/ST/EWS/OBC: Min 45%).
- Medical: Class-I Medical Fitness Certificate required.
Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME)
- Programme: Integrated AME & B.Sc. Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
- Duration & Seats: 36 Months | 30 Seats.
- Age: Minimum 17 years.
- Eligibility: 10+2 Math & Physics (Gen: Min 50% | Others: Min 45%) OR equivalent Engineering Diploma.
- Medical: Physical fitness and color vision test from an MBBS-qualified doctor.
Fee Structure & Application Details
CPL Course Costs
- Application Fee: ₹15,000 for Gen/OBC/EWS (SC/ST Exempted).
- Training Fee: ₹55,00,000 (Payable in 4 quarterly installments in year one).
- Initial Payments: Admission (₹50,000), Commitment (₹2,00,000), Confirmation (₹12,00,000).
- Boarding & Lodging: Separate hostels available. Approx ₹15,000/month.
AME Course Costs
- Application Fee: ₹2,000 for Gen/OBC/EWS (SC/ST Exempted).
- Training Fee: ₹6,57,500 (Payable in three installments over 3 years). No subsidies available.
- Admission/Commitment: ₹50,000 (Adjustable against training fee).
- Boarding & Lodging: Separate hostels available. Approx ₹10,000/month.
Before You Apply: Ensure you have a valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number. You must also have a recently scanned colored photograph showing only your face with both ears visible against a white background, and a scanned signature. Both must be in JPG/JPEG format with a maximum file size of 80KB.
