KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) is the centralized admission process conducted by the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala for admission to:

1. Keralite

Only Keralite candidates are eligible for:

• Communal reservation
• Special reservation

• Passport with Kerala birthplace
• Birth certificate from Panchayat/Municipality

2. Non-Keralite Category I (NK I)

Eligible for State Merit seats only (no reservation):

• Studied in Kerala (Std 8–12)
• Children of Govt of India / Defence / Kerala Govt employees
• Kerala residents for 5 years within last 12 years

3. Non-Keralite Category II (NK II)

• Limited eligibility
• Not eligible for Government Medical, Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture seats
• No reservation or fee concession
