NEET 2023 OFFICIAL ANSWER KEY

The NTA has scheduled the NEET 2023 examination for May 7, 2023. Once the exam is over, NTA is expected to publish the NEET 2023 Answer Key on the official website along with the OMR sheet. The candidate can download the answer key from the official website, neet.nta.nic.in, using their application number and date of birth. The NEET 2023 Answer Key has the correct answers for the questions from the NEET 2023 examination. This would be helpful for the candidates to calculate their scores for the examination.

NEET 2023 QUESTION PAPER LIVE DISCUSSION

NEET 2023 MARKING SCHEME

The NTA has provided details regarding the NEET 2023 examination on the official website. A Proper understanding of the question pattern and the marking scheme is needed for better performance in the examination.

There are three subjects: physics, chemistry, and biology ( botany and zoology). Each subject has two sections. Section A has 35 questions and Section B has 15 questions of which only 10 questions have to be attempted.

As per the NEET exam pattern, there are 200 multiple-choice objective questions of which only 180 has to be answered. And according to NEET 2023 marking scheme each question carries 4 marks and for each wrong answer there will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each answer. No mark will be provided for the unanswered questions.

CALCULATING NEET 2023 SCORE

Once the exam is over, there will be a live question paper discussion session where the expert teachers will provide a detailed solution and analysis for the question paper. This would be useful for the candidates to estimate their scores. Unofficial answer keys will also be available on different websites. Candidates can either join the live discussion or seek the unofficial answer key for an approximate calculation.

But once the NEET 2023 official answer key is released on the official website along with the OMR sheet, candidates can use this to calculate their score. The candidates should make sure that the question paper code and the answer key are the same before they calculate the score. The marking scheme provided for NEET 2023 by NTA should be followed for the evaluation. If there is any discrepancy, they can go for the Answer Key Challenge within the deadline. There is a payment for each question challenged.

NEET 2023 ANSWER KEY PDF DOWNLOAD

The NEET 2023 Answer Key for all the codes will be available on the website soon after the exam. Candidates can calculate their scores using this. This NEET 2023 Answer Key is generated by NTA as the official answer key. Candidates can directly download the answer key from the official website. Steps to download the answer key:

1. Go to the official website neet.nta.nic.in
2. Link for the NEET 2023 Answer Key will be provided, click on it.
3. Download the pdf format of the answer key.
4. Question number and correct answer will be provided.

Once the official NEET 2023 Answer Key is released direct link will be provided in this page of the candidates to access the answer key.

HOW TO CHALLENGE NEET 2023 ANSWER KEY

The NTA will release the NEET 2023 answer key soon after the exam. Once the answer key is released, the candidates have the opportunity to check their responses using the OMR sheet and challenge the NEET 2023 answer key within the deadline. It should be noted that the candidate has to do the challenge before the deadline, any challenge after the deadline won’t be considered. 2 days will be provided for the challenge and the candidate has to pay INR 200 for each question. If your claim is found valid, the amount will be refunded. Here are the steps to challenge the answer key,

Step 2: Click on the link – Challenge NEET 2023 Answer Key.
Step 3: Will be re-directed to a new web page. Using application number and password login to website.
Step 4: Select the answer booklet code which you want to challenge
Step 5: Select the question that you want to challenge
Step 6: Select the correct answer according to you and provide additional justification or comment for your correct answer
Step 7: Select the Submit button
Step 8: Do the payment for the answer key challenge online
Step 9: Next is the confirmation page containing transaction details and questions challenged. Take a hard copy of the confirmation slip.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE NEET 2023 OMR SHEET

The candidate’s response of the OMR sheet will be provided on the official website along with the answer key. The scanned copy of the candidate’s response will be uploaded in pdf format and the candidate can directly download it from the website. Using this, the candidates can tally their marks with the answer key. Steps to download the OMR sheet:
1. Go to the official website.
2. Click on NEET 2023 OMR sheet download.
3. Enter the webpage using the application number and date of birth
4. Click on the OMR challenge tab.
5. Answer sheet will be provided.
6. Candidates can view and download the response sheet.

NEET 2023 OMR SHEET CHALLENGE

NTA will release the OMR response sheet, which contains the answers marked by the candidate during the NEET 2023 examination. Along with this, there is a chance for the candidate to go for the OMR sheet challenge, for this candidate has to pay INR 200 per each question. Two days will be provided for the challenge. Here are the steps to challenge the OMR sheet,
1. Go to the official website neet.nta.nic.in.
2. Click on the NEET 2023 OMR Sheet.
3. Using the application number and date of birth login to the webpage.
4. Select the OMR sheet option and Click on the OMR Challenge option.
5. Number of questions and answers marked by the candidate is displayed.
6. Candidates can tick the box which they want to challenge.
7. Next is the payment page. Do the transaction and download the confirmation slip.
