Considering the successful journey over the years, in 2009, Jaiben George marked a milestone in the medical entrance exam history by securing first rank in the AIIMS and Kerala Medical Entrance examinations. In 2011, Shammy N secured the second rank and became the state topper in the medical entrance examination. Then in the year 2013, Lind Thomas became the NEET 2013 topper from Kerala with an AIR 7, and this was followed by Basil Koshy in the year 2014, Derric Joseph in the year 2017, Jes Maria Benny in the year 2019, Gowri Shankar in the year 2021, Nanditha Menon in the year 2022 and Arya R.S in the year 2023.
In the engineering entrance exams over the years, Ninoy Kannampally secured the 1st rank in the Kerala Engineering Entrance exam in 2005. In the following years, Shahansad PK secured an AIR 191 in the 2008 IIT JEE Examination. Albin Jose secured an AIR 196 in 2013 and became the 1st rank holder, followed by Anand U R in 2014 with an AIR 360. In 2016, Ram Ganesh V became the 1st rank holder in the Kerala Engineering Entrance Exam and Amal Mathew in the 2018 KEAM Engineering Entrance Exam. In the year 2022, Thomas Biju Cheeramvelil secured an AIR 3 in the JEE Advanced examination and became the Kerala topper.
