The NEET 2020 examination was conducted on September 13th and the results were published on October 10th. The publication of results was followed by three rounds of allotments: the first round allotment, the second round allotment, and the mop-up round allotment.

For the OBC category, the last rank was 216, 1198 for the SC category, 2239 for the ST category and 1779 for the PwD category. Two JIPMER institutes participated in the allotment and the last rank of JIPMER Puducherry for the 1st allotment was 229 and 450 for the OBC category. For the JIPMER Karaikal Institute, the last rank was 1068 for the general category and 1434 for the OBC category.
