BRILLIANT KARUTHAL
“Brilliant Karuthal” is an educational support initiative jointly organized by Brilliant Study Centre, Pala, in association with Malayala Manorama. This program is designed for academically excellent students who aspire to pursue medical or engineering careers after Plus Two but are financially deprived. The scheme is intended for students who have secured 92 % or above in State Board examinations, or 83 % or above in CBSE examinations and whose annual family income is ₹ 3 lakhs or below. Admission to the program will be based on performance in the entrance test and interview conducted by Brilliant Study Centre. A total of 50 students will be selected. Selected students will receive free coaching for medical/engineering entrance exams, free accommodation. The primary aim of this initiative is to support talented students whose higher education ambitions are hindered by financial constraints.

3. Admission Criteria
To be eligible for selection, students must:
• Have scored:
o 92% or above (State Board), or
o 83% or above (CBSE) in Plus Two examinations
• Have an annual family income of ₹ 3 lakhs or below
• Demonstrate a strong interest in preparing for competitive exams
4. Application Process
• Students must fill out and submit the prescribed application form
• Required documents must be submitted along with the application
• Selection will be based on entrance test and/or interview

• Income certificate issued by Village Officer
• Aadhaar card or valid ID proof
• Recommendation letter from School Principal
• Passport-size photograph
• Any additional documents if required
6. Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
• Academic performance
• Financial background
• Entrance test and/or interview
7. Reservation Benefits
• 5 % seat reservation for SC/ST category students
• Priority will be given to students whose parents suffer from serious illnesses ( Valid medical certificates must be submitted )
8. Support Provided
Selected students will receive:
• Free entrance coaching
• Free accommodation
• Academic guidance and mentorship
9. Rules and Regulations
• Students must strictly follow all institutional rules
• Regular and punctual attendance is mandatory
• A minimum of 90% attendance must be maintained
• Participation in all tests and academic programs is compulsory
• Students must follow instructions from faculty and management
10. Cancellation of Benefits
A student may be removed from the program under the following conditions:
• Submission of false information during admission
• Shortage of attendance
• Poor academic performance
• Violation of institutional rules
• Misconduct towards teachers or fellow students
• Violation of hostel rules
11. Management Authority
• The entire selection process, examination conduct, and student selection are under the authority of the management
• The management reserves the right to make changes in exam patterns and schedules
• The management holds the right to reject applications
• The management may modify selection criteria if required
