KEAM 2023: STUDENT’S RESPONSE ANALYSIS
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) conducted the KEAM 2023 examination on May 17th 2023, with exam centres all across Kerala. According to the student’s response, the overall difficulty level of the exam has been considered moderate to difficult. The morning session had questions from physics and chemistry. The mathematics questions were conducted in the afternoon session. Two hours and thirty minutes were the duration of each session. The exam is conducted for a total of 960 marks.
After the KEAM 2023 exam was over, we collected the student replies to evaluate the KEAM 2023 exam difficulty level. All the questions came from the recommended syllabus. The time-consuming and challenging nature of the questions, however, made the exam challenging for the applicants. The KEAM 2023 exam can be quite challenging for some students, while others find it relatively simple. The CEE makes one of the three subjects more challenging each year. The hardest questions this year were in physics and math.
The result indicated that physics questions were more challenging than chemistry questions. On the physics portion, the majority of the questions were lengthy and time-consuming. The chemistry questions ranged in difficulty from moderate to easy, with an emphasis on organic chemistry. The mathematic problems were also lengthy and challenging. Most of the applicants succeeded in answering the questions within the allotted time. The majority of the questions were difficult, even though they came from the required syllabus.
In each of the 120 questions in papers 1 and 2, four marks will be given for the right answer while one mark will be subtracted for the incorrect one. Candidates who want to become engineering must take both exams, while pharmacy candidates must just take Paper 1. The KEAM 2023 candidates can watch the question and answer session on our YouTube channel for a quick review of the questions from papers 1 and 2. The students will find it useful to use this to estimate their expected exam score.
When we questioned our students about the value of the mock exams we carried out, they stated that the vast majority of the questions were the same as those from the mock exams conducted by the Brilliant study centre. The model exams we gave them were really beneficial for the test. It’s essential to practice model questions and mock exams if you want to perform well on competitive exams. Brilliant frequently conducts the mock exam to assist students in self-evaluation and development. The quality of our questions will give students the confidence they need to take the test. We make an effort to provide questions that are comparable to those seen in exams. This will make it easier to identify and address weak areas. Through self-analysis, the students develop the necessary strategies to improve their preparation. It will also help you understand the exam pattern and become familiar with the questions that will be asked.
